IT Technical Support Supervisor/Specialist

Job responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle management of our logistics software, including testing, upgrading, and deployment.

• Manage the transition of new features and updates to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.

• Provide first-line support for system issues, perform necessary debugging, and guide Chinese and Dutch users in troubleshooting problems.

• Act as a liaison between the domestic IT and Dutch operational teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.

• Apply product thinking to understand user needs, enhance app functionality, and provide feedback to the development team.

• Ensure that all processes align with both user requirements and business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT product management or logistics systems, with proven software development and support experience.

• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software applications, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Proficiency in Chinese and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
